Summer Conditioning…July 1st–31st / M,W,F / 5 p.m.-7:00 p.m / NTHS Weight Room & Football Field 7 on 7 passing league, 5 on 5 lineman comp, and weight training every Monday, Wednesday, Friday during the month of July. Coaches will be in the weight room and on the field to work on footwork, patterns, blocking techniques, and our playbook. Players that attend summer training will have a significant head start on the season. 7 on 7 Tournament, JV & Varsity - July 19th @ Truckee High School (Portola, Piedmont, Incline). North Tahoe Football is implementing a strength training program called, “Bigger, Faster, Stronger”. All coaches and players will be trained and introduced to this program during Spring Ball, and this will be the foundation of our strength, speed, and agility during the summer months and moving forward into the season. We will also be offering personal training with Division 1 college football players. These players will personally train and work with our lineman, receivers, defensive backs, quarterbacks, and all other positions both on the field and in the weight room. *There will be a cost associated with this portion of summer training and as soon as a pricing structure is available, it will be provided. |
